What you should know about Broadway Motel

Stay at Broadway Motel and Miro Court Villas on any Sunday evening during the months of July, August, September, and October 2017, pay for the unit you choose and have an instinctive upgrade to the next level, depending on availability e. We are Diann and Tony Joyce the owners and operators of Broadway Motel Miro Court Villas. Executive, ground slick boutique units, tranquility yet located in the center of town, one step off Broadway designed for the business traveler, couple, or little families. We are centrally located, close to the bus station and the Matamata Information center, the booking agent for Hobbiton Movie Tours.
Broadway Motel and Miro Court Villas are set in relaxing park like grounds, that we foster you to enjoy. The room we were given, yet to be renovated but very clean and healthy presented, was incredible value, with packed kitchen, large bathroom, 2 sleeping areas, important TV and a sliding door opening on to the spacious grassy garden playground area. These units are located healthy back from the road, opening on directly looking down onto our park playground pool area. Over the years we have added 4 units, renovated earlier units, and purchased an adjoining property and built the Miro Court Villas, making a total of 20 units of all shapes and sizes.
Combined, there are twenty units ranging from standard and deluxe at Broadway Motel, through to our executive Miro Court Villas. Broadway Motel and Miro Court Villas is well set up to cater for large groups, offering a expansive range of units and prices to suit everyone. We bought the lease of Broadway Motel in 1982 to try it out with 3 daughters under 5 years old. Our large park is healthy capable for get together and barbecues, with release use of our swimming pools and private spa OR Being so central an evening meal and a quiet drink is only a few steps away. The hosts were extremely helpful, generous us directions to the restaurants within walking distance, and everywhere else we needed to go, thank you Diann and Tony, I will certainly advocate your motel to anyone goes in your direction.
We have two separate, yet adjoining properties Broadway Motel and Miro Court Villas, with facilities normal to both. Broadway Motel and Miro Court Villas is an ideal deposit to stay when planning a couple of days of golf at two of Waikato’s healthy known golf courses, Matamata Golf Course and Walton Golf Course. Directly across the road from our Motel, on every third Saturday of the month, the Matamata Market day is held. pay for a standard studio and discard the night in a deluxe studio for the equivalent price or pay for a 1 bedroom deluxe and spend the night in a villa.
