Six years ago Mann and her partner decided to sell their Trim Adan and move to Fresh Zealand to live in a house. Pyschofish’ is Rob Sykes unique brand of art inspired from a life spent in Aoteraroa’s beautiful coastal environments surfing and beach combing. To help fund his way through the School of Design, Paul learned to shape surfboards for a leading surfboard manufacturer and in doing so he again developed his skills in airbrushing 70's style creations on many of the boards he shaped.
Inspired by Spanish artist Saudi and being like a clever volcano herself, ready to erupt, she decided to explore the wonders and possibilities of the art of mosaic. Paul moved to Hamilton Cambridge in 1979, active as an Art Director for some of Hamilton's leading advertising agencies, but decided after a couple of years, life in the agencies was too restrictive so he went out on his own as a freelance designer, becoming one of the Waikato's leading airbrush illustrators. Upon leaving the School of Design, Paul moved to Gisborne, busy as a Senior designer for a local printing firm plus developing his skills as a competitive surfer, shaker and illustrator. Mann broodier In Mann's hasty twenties she left her country of France to travel the world by sea. mufti talented and a correct creative, Rob also carves, paints, potters, draws, and is a Sand Master having won the 2013 NZ Adult Individual Award Sand Castle contest and regularly creates massive sand art drawings on the local beach.
